Stephen Deason
Stephen Deason founded and runs OPA Home Care & Skilled Nursing, OPA Staffing, and OPA People. His research is in accounting and behavioral economics, and he writes books on business ownership, aging and care, and recovery.
The thread through all of it: in every system, someone pays last. When a handoff fails, the cost lands on whoever cannot refuse it: the family of an aging parent, the person trying to stay sober without treatment, the owner of a small company. His companies, research, and books are about who that person is and what they can do.
